Delivery charges
We will always aim to despatch within 7 working days. If you have any queries at all, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Parcels will be despatched via Royal Mail or Parcelforce dependant on the weight.
All prices shown are in £ sterling, include UK VAT and exclude delivery.
We aim to despatch your order within 7 working days - however if you need it quicker - please just ask and we will always try our best ** Please note the despatch times on personalised items will be outside this time, and advised at the time of ordering.
Postage will be automatically added during checkout - dependant on your spend.
Delivery charges are as follows:
£3.50 for orders between £0 - £23 (courier selected to best suit your specific order)
£5.50 for orders between £23 - £49 (courier selected to best suit your specific order)
£6.50 for orders between £49 - £100 (courier selected to best suit your specific order)
Free delivery on all orders over £100 Excluding RCAT Designs.
Based in Suffolk. We are also able to offer collection from here, you can elect home collection at checkout - please contact us to discuss and convenient time to collect.
All RCAT Designs are available to collect from various points over Suffolk - please get in contact to discuss. We may also, on occasions be able to deliver locally for a fee, again please, get in contact to discuss.
On delivery to you, we aim to use as much recycled packaging as possible. We believe it is what is on the inside that counts!
Prints & Stock
Please note that we do hold an extensive stock of prints, however there may be times due to demand, that these will need to be ordered from our printers. If this is the case we will advise you of this when you place your order.
If an item is low or out of stock please do contact us for further information. It may be that an order has arrived and has not yet been added, or we can pre order something for you, and of course we will advise you as to when it will be in.
Commissions
At certain times of the year, I am able to take on commissions, please do contact me for further information.

Home Fragrance
Product information
Many of our products are all printed in Suffolk. We are proud that all our products are manufactured in Britain, much of our fine bone china is British made and all hand decorated in Britain. With this in mind no two products will ever be identical. Print tone on all products may also vary very slightly from the photographs online.
Returns
You have 14 days upon receiving your goods for which to apply for a refund. After which time unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund.
Please note you are not able to receive a refund on personalised items, oil refills/room sprays/diffusers and all slight second ware.
To be considered for a refund/exchange your item must be returned in the same unused condition it was received and also be in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
On returning your item, we advise you to consider using a trackable service, especially on high priced items, as we cannot ensure that we will receive your returned items and they are under your care until they reach us.
Once received, we will inspect the item and let you know if your claim is approved for a refund/exchange.
We will then be in touch with details of the refund, this is automatically applied in the same method of the original payment. Or to discuss options for the exchange.
Please do get in touch if you believe an item to be faulty.
All items will be sent in perfect condition, (other then slight seconds as stated). If you receive your package and it is damaged, please do photograph the outer packaging and notify the courier on delivery.

CANCELLATIONS
Please note, due to the nature of the product. We are unable to cancel and refund personalised mat orders.
We work with the amazing White Cottage Candles, who are based in Suffolk in creating our gorgeous home fragrance range.
Please ensure that you follow the safety advice that comes with the product prior to using.
We have worked with the wonderful Woody at Rainywood Photography in capturing a number of photographs on the website.
